About Kate

"My yoga journey started from the need to slow down. On the mat, you can create a space where the stress and chaos of life can be left behind, and you can simply just be. It showed me the value in showing up for yourself even when that feels impossible. Yoga offers so many lessons that can be taken off the mat and into everyday life. â€‹

For me, yoga is more than just a physical practice: it’s a lifestyle. A practice that teaches me something different every time I step onto my mat. It has made me realise the value creating space for self love, compassion and gratitude.

I am passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment where others can also slow down and reconnect with themselves. Slowly, my community of yogis is growing into something beautiful.
