Yes! Kate's classes are designed to be a warm and welcoming environment: the perfect place to discover a new hobby. Classes are slow paced and a variety of pose options for each level will be offered.

What if I can't do a pose?

Yoga is more about how a pose feels rather than how it looks. Do whatever your body needs- this may look different every week and that's okay.
