I've never done yoga before- can I still join?Yes! Kate's classes are designed to be a warm and welcoming environment: the perfect place to discover a new hobby. Classes are slow paced and a variety of pose options for each level will be offered. No previous yoga experience needed- just yourself!

What if I can't do a pose?Yoga is more about how a pose feels rather than how it looks. Do whatever your body needs- this may look different every week and that's okay.

How do I book a yoga class with Kate?

I have an injury or health condition- can I still do yoga?Let Kate know prior to class if you experience any health conditions or injuries that could affect your practice. Don't do anything that doesn't feel good and the option is always there for suitable pose adjustments.

What should I wear?Wear anything that feels comfortable to you! Clothes that you can freely move in, and clothes that will keep you cosy during savasana.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?This is currently dependent on the location of class: The Cult of Coffee: Please bring your own yoga mat. Breathing Space: All mats and props are provided at the studio.

What is the cancellation policy?Classes and workshops can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class start time to receive a credit. Any classes cancelled after this timeframe will not be refunded or rescheduled.
