About the event
Kate invites you to a meaningful afternoon celebrating the Yoga with Kate community. Whether you've flowed with Kate many times before, or are new to the community- everyone is welcome! Expect a powerful 45 minute vinyasa, followed by a 45 minute slow flow. After moving together, take time to connect and meet new people within the Yoga with Kate community over herbal tea and nourishing snacks.
Bringing your own yoga mat is optional as the studio will provide all mats & props.
