Journal prompts to heal your heart are gentle invitations to explore your emotions, release what weighs heavy, and nurture self compassion.


Through reflections, these prompts guide you to process the past, acknowledge your growth, and reconnect with yourself.


  • What emotions or feelings are you holding onto that no longer serve you? Acknowledge these so you can’t start the process of letting them go.


  • Who in your life makes you feel loved and cared for and why?


  • What is one thing you can do for yourself today that will give you space to heal and nourish your heart?


  • Acknowledge what thoughts or feelings are within your control, and those that are not.


  • Write down five affirmations that will guide you through the rest of your day.


Hopefully you can release anything holding you back from truly healing yourself and your heart. This isn't something that will happen overnight, and it may be that you are on a journey of self love and discovery.


You may also find it useful to use these prompts today, and revisit them everyday or every week to process your thoughts and feelings. Alternatively, holding yourself accountable to journal can be challenging so maybe a yoga & journaling workshop is where you need to be.
